Evergreen Club · Demo document
Terms & Conditions
A practical outline of joining, bookings, and expectations for families. This demonstration draft is ready for business details and professional review.
Demo draft · 23 October 2026
1. About these terms
These demonstration terms outline topics to discuss before joining Evergreen Club. They are not an active contract, and browsing this site does not create a childcare booking. The business’s legal name, contact details, and final service terms must be confirmed before an agreement is offered to families.
2. Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry or visit request is an opportunity to discuss your needs. It does not reserve a place or guarantee availability. Before a booking is agreed, families should receive written confirmation of the sessions, start date, fees, and terms that apply. Registration and acceptance arrangements must be specified in the final agreement.
3. Age groups and suitability
The site describes activities and learning support for children aged 5–15. Discuss your child’s age, interests, and support needs with the team before booking. Session suitability, availability, staffing arrangements, and any individual support must be confirmed directly with the centre.
4. Fees and payments
The demo site does not publish a price list. A final agreement should set out session prices, payment dates, accepted payment methods, and any clearly explained additional charges before a family commits. No deposit amount, late payment fee, or automatic renewal is established by this sample.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Before booking, ask for written details of how to change or cancel sessions, what notice is required, and when refunds or credits apply, including if the centre cancels. The business must confirm fair arrangements that reflect the service and applicable consumer rights. This sample does not impose a cancellation charge or a no-refund rule.
6. Information from families
Before attendance, discuss registration information, emergency contacts, relevant care needs, allergies, and authorised collection arrangements. Tell the team when important details change. Medical information should be shared through an agreed appropriate channel rather than a general website enquiry.
7. Attendance and collection
Arrival and collection times, identity checks, authorised collectors, absence reporting, and any late collection arrangements should be agreed with families before the first session. If a child is unwell or needs additional support, contact the centre to discuss the applicable attendance policy. These operational rules have not been specified by this demo.
8. Care, safety and conduct
Families should be given the centre’s actual safeguarding, behaviour, complaints, and emergency procedures, together with any rules for belongings or activities. Raise concerns with the team promptly. This sample does not create a blanket right to exclude a child or remove the centre’s responsibilities to families.
9. Website information and your rights
Website content introduces the centre and may include demonstration material. Check current availability and service details before making a decision. Nothing in these sample terms is intended to exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The final agreement should be clear and fair, consistent with the Competition and Markets Authority’s guidance on customer contracts. It should explain how disputes and complaints are handled without restricting statutory rights.
10. Privacy, contact and updates
Read the demo Privacy Policy for the information-handling topics that still need confirmation. Visit the contact section to ask questions after verifying the contact details. Any final terms and later changes should be communicated clearly before they apply; this draft has no effective contractual date.
